Summer Nail Polishes

It's nothing new that I'm absolutely obsessed with nail polishes. I'm always up for new colors and now that the weather is getting better and better, the color selection is bigger than ever. My favorites are bright colors like pink, orange or red and of course pastel colors - a must have of this year's summer season!

Another trend I really love, is using clear laquer with matting effect on top of your nail polish. It's an amazing eye-catcher and guarantees lots of compliments!

Kourtney Kardashian Style Inspiration

The Kardashian sisters are always up to date when it comes to the latest fashion trends. My ultimate favorite fashionista of the three of them is definitely Kourtney. She wears mainly black, white and grey and always looks super trendy and elegant. While being in New York, filming the last season of Kourtney and Kim take New York, Kourtney was spotted rocking menswear and girl - she can pull it off like a pro!

Sophisticated City Look

I've mentioned my love for New York City several times before and since a good friend of mine is headed to the Big Apple this past sunday, I thought about all the amazing things I've experienced during my last visit. So in dependence on all the great people I've met, the superb shopping I did and just the most beautiful city in the entire world in general (well, at least that's what I feel like!), my outfit of the day is a more sophisticated city look. Perfect for bar-hopping with your friends - if not in NYC, then maybe in another big city whilst dreaming about the endless opportunities the City offers. Fashion Icon Olivia Palermo

Ever since appearing as one of the main characters of the former MTV hit show The City, Olivia Palermo's style is one of the most admired and copied celebrity styles. Her perfect sense of fashion and her intuition, when it comes to combining Topshop chic with high end designer wear, is unique and inspires many young girls. Not only does she look absolutely gorgous in almost every outfits she wears, but she also leaves the impression that it's an effortless task for her to look so amazing, like being a fashion icon is part of her DNA. It's my best friend's birthday today and since she really hopes to be able to buy the Mulberry 'Alexa Bag' with her birthday money, today's outfit is dedicated to the birthday girl. :) Since orange is one of her favorite colors this season, I also picked out an orange Stella McCartney blouse and a matching Dior nail polish to go along with it.
