Flared Jeans + Vanessa Hudgens Style

Today's jeans outfit is a Vanessa Hudgens inspired flared jeans look. Since her style is mostly refered to as "haute hippie" I tried to approximate her individual look as far as possible. For most people her fashion taste is way too extreme and different but on the other hand this it what makes her style unusual. I love that she stays true to herself and doesn't follow any trends. She has her own individual mind and expresses it through fashion and that's - obviously - what a lot of people love about Vanessa. She's just simply a grown young woman and not the little girl from High School Musical anymore. So what do you think of Vanessa's Bohemian-like style?

Day after Christmas

So yesterday was the last day of Christmas in my home country Germany and to be honest - as much as I love Christmas, I'm also relieved that it's over. The most beautiful time of the year is sadly also connected with a lot of stress and hectic pace. I hope everyone had an amazing time with their families and enjoyed their free days like I did. Here are a few impressions of my Christmas plus some of my favorite presents I received from my family and friends:

I always wanted a star printed shirt but actually never bought one - so I was really happy to receive this amazing Massimo Dutti shirt as a present

This is the blouse ( Massimo Dutti as well) I also wore on Christmas eve. I got it as an early present the day before. I'm in love with the lace front.

Totally off-topic but this is the Christmas present my 3 year old niece gave to me. She's just adorable, so I wanted to share this piece of cuteness.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Tomorrow me and my family will celebrate Christmas and I can't wait to give everyone their presents! I don't want to sing my own praises but I have to admit that I excelled myself with my christmas gifts this year. ;) I'm also super excited to see what my family got for me this year. There will also be A LOT of amazing food these days, I'll be watching Christmas movies with my older sister and I'll definitely spend most of the time with my family. I just love Christmas and everything about it - the lights, the atmosphere and the childhood memories. Merry Christmas to everyone out there and to sweeten the holidays for you I have the week's last Jeans outfit for you guys!

Boyfriend Jeans

Here is part 2 of my 2 week jeans special. I decided to go for a boyfriend cut jeans - perfect for an evening at the movies with your boyfriend or a dvd night with friends. I love the casual styling idea and think that this is a good alternative to wearing jogging pants (and you still look en vogue). Enjoy!

A Little Christmas Tret

I'm snowed in and can't leave the house. What do you guys do on a stay at home kind of day? I (obviously) love doing my nails and that's exactly what I just did for me and my friend Sarah... AND since it's almost Christmas Eve, I went crazy with the GLITTER. I also used Essie 'Red Label' (406) and OPI 'Start-to-Finish' to fix the glitter. Much love, Franzi

Skinny Jeans

The first jeans outfit is a more chic look with a light skinny H&M jeans. I would definitely wear it for a friday or saturday night when hanging with my friends at the bar. I love the color combination of beige, red and black and think that the glitter blazer gives the look a perfect (!) finishing touch. Since I promised that I try to pick out a few less expensive pieces, the outfit's total is $290.
